Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is within 5–7 business days, though delivery times may vary based on the product, your location, and the size of your order. You’ll receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If you don’t receive tracking within 6 business days, contact us at support@athleterecoverydepot.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — standard Curbside Pickup shipping is free on all orders within the USA. For select products, we also offer Inside Delivery (delivered directly into your home) and White Glove Delivery (delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and packaging removal). Contact us before ordering to discuss special delivery requirements.

Do you ship across the United States?

Yes. We currently ship within the USA only. Contact us for availability on specific products or locations.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Your card is charged at the time of purchase, and our team begins processing your order right away.


Warranties, Returns & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, free of charge. Contact us as soon as possible at 1-888-255-4020 or support@athleterecoverydepot.com. Note: custom and made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once placed, as production begins immediately.

What is your return policy?

If your order has already shipped, you have 30 days to initiate a return. Returns are subject to the following:

  • A 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs
  • Items must be returned unopened and unused
  • Custom and made-to-order products are final sale — no returns or refunds
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect your package upon delivery and note any damage when signing. Send photos of the damage, the box, and the SKU to support@athleterecoverydepot.com within 24 hours of delivery. Freight damage claims not reported within 24 hours may not be valid. We’ll process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Do your products come with warranties?

Warranties vary by manufacturer — please refer to individual product pages for specifics. All products are guaranteed to be fully functional and operational. Any damage observed upon receipt must be reported within 24 hours and does not constitute a warranty claim.
