Our standard "Curb-side Pickup" shipping is frequently offered at no cost and typically ships within 5-7 business days. Bulkier freight items (large equipment, treadmills, and similar) typically take 10-14 business days due to freight carrier scheduling. Delivery times may vary based on the product, your location, and the size of your order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items:
Certain products, including sauna kits, are custom or made-to-order by the manufacturer and carry a lead time of 3-5 weeks. Estimated timelines for these items are noted on the individual product page.
For select products, we also offer the following enhanced delivery option:
Inside Delivery: Your order will be delivered directly into your home, ensuring added convenience and ease.
White Glove Delivery: This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice with minor assembly. Please note that saunas will not be assembled as part of this service.
