The Shuttle Rebound has revitalized exercise rebounding. This unit raises the bar for performance, convenience, quietness, durability and portability. Its design and features ensure this model exceeds other rebounders on the market. Ideal for physical therapy, rehabilitation and training sessions to improve strength, reflexes and coordination, the rebounder is a fun way to improve conditioning, hand-eye coordination and lateral movements. With 9 angles of adjustability ranging from 0-60 degrees available, the Rebound allows for a multitude of various exercises. It uses the highest quality galvanized springs and only the most durable materials in mat construction. Additionally, the frame is designed to accommodate up to 300 lbs. while protecting the trampoline springs. The mat is generously sized at 26" x 26". When open, the device is 44" tall. When folded closed, it's only 11.5" tall, meaning storage is easy. This Rebound is blue and includes a set of 5 blue plyometric weighted balls - 1, 2, 4, 7 and 11 lbs. The Rebound's aluminum frame is designed to withstand movement on carpet and gym flooring without requiring heavy weights to keep it still. Ideal for gyms and multi-user environments as noise absorbing material provides quiet operation. Wheels enable it to be easily moved around a clinic or gym. When done, the unit can be folded for easy storage in the vertical or horizontal position. The Rebound features a built-in ball rack (weighted balls not included). There's no assembly required with the Rebound. Remove it from box, release the elastic retainer loops to unfold, adjust the angle and you're ready to rebound.

What people like

This solo training tool is highly regarded for its ability to facilitate individual practice sessions without the need for a partner. Users frequently praise its effectiveness in helping players improve their timing, stroke technique, and overall agility. The design is noted for being lightweight and easy to transport, making it suitable for use in gardens, parks, or driveways. While it offers a practical solution for skill development, some users have pointed out limitations regarding the durability of the elastic cord and the stability of the base during very aggressive play.

Pros

  • Simple Setup: The equipment is extremely easy to assemble and disassemble, allowing users to start their practice session within minutes of reaching their location.
  • Effective Solo Training: It provides a reliable way for players to work on their coordination and hitting accuracy independently of others.
  • Convenient Portability: Its compact design ensures that it can be easily stored and carried, making it a versatile option for various outdoor settings.
  • Adjustable Tension: The ability to modify the string length or tension helps in catering to different skill levels and practice intensities.

Cons

  • Fragile Elastic Cord: A common point of concern is that the thin elastic string can snap or lose its elasticity over time with frequent use.
  • Base Stability Concerns: When used for powerful smashes, the base may move or slide if it is not heavily weighted with sand or water.
  • String Tangling Issues: Users have reported that the return string can occasionally become tangled around the base or the pole during play.
  • Limited Flight Realism: Because the shuttlecock is tethered, its flight path and speed do not perfectly mimic the dynamics of a standard competitive match.
